On the occasion of the 30th AIMS Annual Management Education Convention 2018, the Association of Indian Management Schools, in collaboration with Academy of Indian Marketing and NJOY Learning Processes Pvt Ltd (representing Innovative Learning Solutions Inc, USA), offers a unique experience of participating in Conscious Capitalism Simulation Competition to Final Year MBA/PGDM students of AIM Institutions and AIMS Life Member Institutions.
The Conscious Capitalism ® simulation challenges you to operate a conscious business in contrast to the traditional profit-maximizing business paradigm. You must consider all of the firm's stakeholders, including customers, stockholders, employees, suppliers, and the community. You must deal with ethical, environmental and sustainability issues, in addition to the usual management challenges of running a business.
The teams would be judged using both hard and soft metrics. Hard metrics include balanced scorecard model that measures profitability, customer satisfaction, market share in the targeted market segments, human resource management, asset management, preparedness for the future and wealth. Soft metrics include conscious actions indicating whether all stakeholders were valued.
The competition will have 2 rounds - Regional round and a final round. Regional rounds will be held on-line at four regions of India (North, South, East and West) simultaneously between 23 July and 28 July 2018.
